James D. Walters, CCIM President/Broker  Starting
as a Development/Syndication due diligence analyst for Transwestern
Properties in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Walters moved to Washington State
and became a principal and designated broker for Investment Property
Management in Mountlake Terrace, WA. Under Walters’ management, IPM advanced
from ‘start-up’ to a second place market position, in less than 2 years. Walters established Investors Commercial
Realty/Investors Capital in 1994
in Bellingham, WA as a consulting based – owner’s advisory company,
specializing in investment opportunities for the British Columbia and N.W.
Washington State real estate investment communities. Walters has been a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute since 1984. In 1994 he earned the CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He holds Broker's licenses in Washington State, Colorado and California. |
